INDUSTRY WASTE TYRE MANAGEMENT PLAN
MacRobert wishes to draw your attention to the following important notice
The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 28(1), read with sections 28(5) of the NEM:WA, given notice of her intention to require the Tyre Industry to prepare and submit an Industry Waste Tyre Management Plan for approval. The notice will be applicable to a tyre dealer, a tyre producer, a waste tyre processor and a waste tyre transporter. Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 2 May 2017).
